Topps Chrome BB / USA Baseball Autographs Clarification

Topps is clarifying that the redemption card in the just-released 2011 Topps Chrome Baseball stating “ You have just received a set of 2011 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team Autograph Cards” is good for either a 5 or 6 card pack of USA Autographs and not all 22 subjects.

All USA Autographs are incremental hits on top of the 2 on-card Rookie Autographs guaranteed per hobby box.

USA Autographs are also featured on the following parallels:

Refractor
Blue Refractor
Gold Refractor
Atomic Refractor
Red Refractor
Superfractor
Printing Plates

2010 Topps Chrome Baseball Bounty Prize Card Contest

Today, Topps is beginning a 2010 Chrome Baseball Bounty Card Contest. Here’s how it’s going to work: Every week Topps will designate particular ‘10 Chrome Baseball cards as “bounty prize cards”. If you are the owner this card or group of cards, send us an email at chromeprize@topps.com. In the email, include a picture of yourself holding the card(s) (yes, we want to see your smiling face) so we can verify that you are actually in possession of the prize card(s) (no stealing pictures from the internet!). The first person to do so each will be awarded the prize. We have memorabilia and vintage cards to give away, so be sure to check back with ToppsBlog each week so you don’t miss out on your chance to win!

Contest #1

Prize Cards: Chase Utley Red Refractor /25 (Card #86) and Joey Votto Red Refractor /25 (Card #17)

Prize: An authentic baseball bat signed by Andre Either, Ryan Zimmerman, David Wright, Robinson Cano, Russel Martin, BJ Upton, Justin Morneau, Hanley Ramirez, Justin Verlander, and Curtis Ganderson (see pictures below).

To win, make sure you send us a photo of yourself holding both cards. The first person to do so will win the bat signed by 10 of the best players in Major League Baseball. Good luck!
