Topps NFL Rookie of the Week #3 is Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller. The All-American out of Clemson University, drafted 9th overall in the 2010 NFL Draft, scored his first NFL touchdowns on a 5-yard pass from Ryan Fitzpatrick and a 95-yard kickoff return against the Patriots on Sunday.
